ABOUT US

We are a school that students love and, despite it being the sixth school day of the week, they are happy to attend.

The Polish Saturday School SEN School in Dublin was established in February 2010 upon the initiative of parents and teachers with a common goal of educating young Poles living in Ireland. In 2020, together with our students, parents, teachers and friends, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of our school.

In 2020, together with our students, parents, teachers and friends, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of our school.

We offer a proprietary program, based on the core curriculum of the Polish National Ministry of Education, which we are constantly enriching.

Thanks to over ten years of experience in educating Polish students abroad, we guarantee the highest level of education. Our offer consists of a broad range of subjects and includes Polish language, history, geography and mathematics classes. In addition, we offer optional sports or extracurricular activities: basketball, volleyball, football, athletics, art classes, board games, logic games and speech therapy games.

We are the only Polish school in the world to have junior and senior preschool classes, which encourages parents to enroll children from 3 years of age. Our 5-year-old students are already starting to read thanks to innovative Krakow method. In “integrated teaching” (preschool to third class), we work based on our proprietary schoolbooks for reading and writing, the scope of which covers subjects such as: Polish language, mathematics, nature. In the older class, students learn Polish, mathematics, history and geography, also based on our own materials, books and programs. In addition to maths, which complements the Irish school curriculum preparing students for state exams – Junior Cert and Leaving Cert –  we conduct Polish language classes at secondary school level, which prepare students for the Leaving Cert Polish language exam.

The implemented program at Polish Saturday School SEN was highly appreciated by experts from the Ministry of Polish National Education.
